1.) How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major Credit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments), including PayPal.

2.) When Will My Purchase be shipped?

Items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

3.) If ordered item not in stock?

Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at info@shopminka.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you.

4.) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay.

5.) Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer same day delivery for orders in the Houston area for $12.99. Minimum order value is $50. This options automatically comes up at checkout as long as delivery is within a 10 mile radius.

6.) How are local deliveries made?

Local deliveries are made using Uber Connect.

7.) How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the US will take anywhere from 2-6 business days.

International orders can be delivered within 7-10 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

8.) Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

9.) What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for cases in which the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
