Return Policy

We accept returns on item(s) in new conditions with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) used, washed, damaged or late will be sent back to the address listed on your order. At this time, we only issue store credit for returns. Return requests can be submitted here.
 
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
 
All items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender.
Return and exchange requests must be received within 14 days of delivery and can be submitted here. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At this time we do not offer exchanges for international orders. Customers will be issued store credit only.

Shipping: Customer is Responsible for shipping fees to send the exchange back to The Minka Collection.
Exchange Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days if the item is in stock.

Order Changes & Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 30 Minutes of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
 

Sale Items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges on SALE items, which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item. 
- Items paid with store credit will only be exchanged once.
- Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery at info@shopminka.com
