The Minka Collection is not responsible for these, so if any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS to resolve the issue. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@shopminka.com and include "Damaged Item" in the subject line, with photos of the damaged items, proof of purchase, and your order number, and we'll try our best to resolve the issue and file a claim with USPS!
