Minka is not responsible for these, so if any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS to resolve the issue. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at helloshopgirl.co@gmail.com and include "Damaged Item" in the subject line, with photos of the damaged items, proof of purchase, and your order number, and we'll try our best to resolve the issue and file a claim with USPS!
